Silver Cross Hospital/Silver Cross EMS System:
Silver Cross EMS System is located at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL. Our address is 1900 Silver Cross Blvd, New Lenox, IL 60451.

EMS Education Center:
The EMS Education Center is located on the Silver Cross Hospital campus in New Lenox, IL just to the north of the ER in the BUSINESS CENTER at 710 Cedar Crossing Drive, New Lenox IL 60451. The Education Center is on the 1st floor of the Business Center just to the right once inside the main entrance. The building is locked and accessible only as authorized.

EMS Offices-Inside the ER:
If you are an ACTIVE MEMBER of SCEMSS on one of our fire departments or ambulance services, you may use the punch code access at the Ambulance Bay doors for entry into the building (this code is given to our EMS Agencies and EMS Personnel only). You may also ask your Agency EMS Coordinator.

  • The EMS OPERATIONS office is located to the right and just inside the doors that lead from the bay into the ER. The EMS Paramedic Report room is the last door on the right and the EMS Operations office is the 2nd to the last door on the right.
  • The EMS MANAGER & EDUCATION office is located separately. Once inside the bay doors take a left, walk past the trauma rooms and then a right down the back corridor.

If you are not System EMS Personnel and do not know the code to enter through the ER bay, then please enter at the main ER entrance. Once inside the Emergency Department you will need to request an escort to our specific offices as all patient care areas are locked and accessible by badge only.

The Silver Cross Conference Center is located in the main hospital. Silver Cross Hospital Campus Guide.  Park in lots B, C, or D and enter through the Outpatient entrance right next to the Dialysis entrance. Once in the building take a right then take those elevators down to the Lower Level. EMS holds occasional meetings in this Conference Center.

Physicians on Silver Cross Hospital’s Medical Staff have expertise in their areas of practice to meet the needs of patients seeking their care. These physicians are independent practitioners on the Medical Staff and are not the agents or employees of Silver Cross Hospital. They treat patients based upon their independent medical judgment and they bill patients separately for their services.
