Stop the Spread - Wear a Mask

As we head into the cold and flu season, wearing a mask continues to be one of the most effective ways to stop the spread of COVID-19 to others.

From grocery stores to the office, you should always wear a mask when in public or in areas where it’s difficult to maintain social distance. Protect yourself and others against COVID-19 and wear your mask.

Additionally, while the holiday season is normally a time to gather together with family and loved ones, health officials are urging people to "go virtual" and get together through video chat online. Keeping your holiday gatherings to a minimum will help curb the growing number of cases seen throughout the country and will help protect the most at-risk people from getting sick.
