PLEASE NOTE THE TIME SLOT YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR! The entire event is from 4- 5 pm, but screenings are performed every 5 minutes and registration is offered for EACH 5-minute time slot.

Are You Suffering from Leg Pain, Skin Changes, Ulcers or Varicose Veins?

Join us for a Free on-site Ultrasound Screening with Dr. Ashish Vyas, Dr. William Bremer and Desirae DeMarco, AGACNP-BC, from Advanced Midwest Interventional Radiology.

Please register for your preferred timeslot so we are ready for you when you arrive. Appointments are set at 5-minute increments. Please wear loose fitting clothing on your legs.

This event is happening in the doctors' office - Advanced Midwest Interventional Radiology, 1890 Silver Cross Blvd., Pavilion A, Suite 440, New Lenox, IL 60451.

Those wishing to be screened must register in advance and wear loose-fitting shorts. 

The event will be held in the Advanced Midwest Interventional Radiology Office.
