Your partner/spouse should attend this program, they do not need to enroll separately. You are welcome to have any snacks or beverages you chose while virtually attending! 

Who Should Enroll: 

Mother-to-be who is delivering at Silver Cross Hospital. Partner/spouse should attend this program, but do not need to enroll.

Each participant is welcome to participate with their support person at no extra charge.

Birthing Center Unit Tour

Silver Cross Hospital provides a free tour of our attractive Birthing Center for soon-to-be parents! Registration required. Photo ID must be scanned upon start of tour.

Baby Basics

Parents-to-be and new parents can learn about their baby’s physical care and health skills at a special one day program. Please allow 2 hours for this class.

Prepared Childbirth Education

Participants will receive instruction from the Birthing Center staff on breathing, relaxation and floor exercise techniques in this class. Class is approximately 4 hours. Classes held in the Conference Center, lower level of Pavilion A.
