I am continuously grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the medical team here.  I am proud of the impact that we can have on promoting positive outcomes for our patients not only medically but emotionally as well. I think it is extremely important to treat each individual with respect and compassion and to ensure that each patient is included in the decision-making process when deciding on the appropriate plan of care.
