Mark Veldman, D.O.

Dr. Mark Veldman is a board-certified family medicine specialist in practice for 29 years, He serves as the Medical Director of Silver Cross Occupational Health, which works with employers to ensure employee health and wellness. 

Dr. Veldman is concerned about helping employees and employers stay healthy by offering a wide array of physicals, health screenings, pre-employment screenings, wellness programs, injury care and prevention, and more. He is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine. He graduated from Chicago Osteopathic Medicine Midwestern University in 1986. Dr. Veldman completed his residency and fellowship at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago.
