Silver Cross to Host ‘Shine a Light on Lung Cancer’ Community Event on Nov. 9

In celebration of Lung Cancer Awareness Month

Cancer,” to shine the light on those who have been touched by cancer, as well as highlight the comprehensive lung cancer program available at Silver Cross. This special event will bring the lung cancer community together in celebration, remembrance and support on Wednesday, Nov. 9, 6-8 p.m. 

The event will feature physician participants Dr. Gillian Alex, Lung Surgeon; Dr. Kris McDonough, Critical Care Medicine/Pulmonologist; and Dr. Sunil Narula, Hematologist/Oncologist. 

Silver Cross Lung Cancer Nurse Navigator Amy Norwich, RN, will also be present to share important information about Silver Cross’ lifesaving Early Lung Cancer CT Screening
