DAISY Award Winner, Kristi McWilliams, RN 

Our April #DAISY Award recipient is Kristi McWilliams, RN, who works at the Silver Cross Medical Office in Manhattan.

Kristi, a 9-year veteran of Silver Cross, was nominated by patient Laura A. (shown at right). Here's what Laura had to say in her nomination of Kristi:

"I have known Kristi for years. I have seen her two to four times a year at the doctor's office. Her compassion is remarkable. She listens to the patients and takes personal accountability in the practice. Her caring runs out of the four walls in Manhattan.

"Without public praise or acknowledgment, she would bring meals to patients, help patients with wounds and medical advice. All of this off the clock and not paid. She is an upstanding member of your Silver Cross Family and a rare find. I feel like her abilities could spread so far. I am just grateful to know her!"
